Prehab Exercise - EBR Physio Bentleigh East

What is the treatment method?

Prehab exercise is an exercise programme used for strengthening pre-surgery which is aimed at speeding recovery time and optimising outcomes.   It is becoming increasingly common practice for surgeons to refer patients for prehab to strengthen relevant muscles and joints before their surgery.  The aim is to get the body strong pre-surgery so that you quickly heal and can return to normal activities as soon as possible.  Hydrotherapy may be recommended if you experience pain with walking or moving.
