How do we treat knee pain?

Assessment:

Your Physio will have a chat with you about your condition.  They will take a medical history, review your symptoms and may do various tests and measures to ensure they have a good understanding of your issue.    They will then formulate a plan to best treat you.

Treatment of acute symptoms:

Your physio treatment will include one or more of mobilisation & manipulation, taping, dry needling and specific exercises. You may also be given some Home exercises to improve mobility and strength.    We use an app called PhysiApp which enables you to complete your prescribed exercise program by following simple, narrated exercise videos.   This  may also be progressed to Physio exercise/Clinical Pilates to continue strengthening
