Falls & Balance Therapy
How It Can Help
Our physiotherapist-led Falls & Balance classes help improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence with movement to support safer everyday function and reduce the risk of falls.
Who It’s For
Suitable for older adults who feel unsteady, have experienced a fall, have Osteopaenia or Osteoporosis, or want to proactively maintain strength, mobility, and independence.
Our Approach
Each client begins with an individual assessment to understand their balance, strength, and mobility needs. From there, they are guided through a structured small group program with close supervision from our physiotherapists in a safe and supportive environment.
Strength & Conditioning
How It Can Help
- Build strength safely and improve confidence with movement

Who It’s For

GLA:D for Knee & Hip Osteoarthritis
The GLA:D® program helps clients manage knee and hip osteoarthritis. It combines education and targeted exercise to help manage symptoms, build strength and confidence, stay active, and reduce pain.

- 6-week program (twice-weekly exercise and education sessions)
- Self-management strategies
- 3-month follow-up review

Small Group Clinical Pilates
Our Clinical Pilates classes provide a gentle yet effective way to improve strength and core stability, posture, flexibility, and body awareness. With multiple small group sessions available and a maximum of five participants per class, clients receive individualised guidance in a safe and supportive environment.

Group Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy uses the supportive properties of warm water to reduce stress on the joints while improving movement, strength, and confidence. We offer weekly group hydrotherapy classes in a warm water pool, creating a safe, supportive, and social environment for clients experiencing pain, stiffness, or reduced mobility.
