  • Falls & Balance Therapy

    How It Can Help

Our physiotherapist-led Falls & Balance classes help improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence with movement to support safer everyday function and reduce the risk of falls.

    Who It’s For

Suitable for older adults who feel unsteady, have experienced a fall, have Osteopaenia or Osteoporosis, or want to proactively maintain strength, mobility, and independence.

    Our Approach

Each client begins with an individual assessment to understand their balance, strength, and mobility needs. From there, they are guided through a structured small group program with close supervision from our physiotherapists in a safe and supportive environment.
