Physio Exercise - EBR Physio Bentleigh East

What is the treatment method?

Physiotherapists combine their in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology with the Pilates exercise system resulting in Physio Exercise/Clinical Pilates.

This can be applied to rehabilitation purposes and as an exercise-based physiotherapy treatment technique. It is the natural progression from treatment towards self-management.

At EBR Physio we personalise your exercise program taking into consideration any previous injuries or conditions.

Who can benefit from Physio Exercise?

Physio Exercise is suitable for people of all age groups and fitness levels, as it is a low-impact form of exercise varying in difficulty and intensity, and is closely supervised and instructed by your physiotherapist.

Each Physio Exercise session is tailored to your individual body, goals and needs.
